Cleveland Safety Library Student Lamp

• Signed on Shade Ring: House Argand, Pat'd Nov. 18, 1871

• All original in oil. Wick adjusts by turning the shade ring (attached to the gallery).

• The "Cleveland" is quite scarce compared to other 7" Student Lamps.

• This one has a few characteristic dings and some very fine stress crazing, typical of lamps of this vintage, otherwise, it's in fine condition.

• Authentic "Featherweight" flame finished Opal shade completes this great lamp.

• Original chimney is faintly signed at the top.

• Has been electrified without harm with a 100W halogen bulb and a hi-lo line switch for 50 or 100 watts.
